Zhejiang Energy Mai Ling Publicly Selects Intermediaries for Hong Kong Listing PushTime:2025-10-16 It is understood that Zhejiang Energy Mai Ling Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Zhe Energy Mai Ling’) has formally commenced its Hong Kong listing process. The company is currently selecting intermediary teams required for its Hong Kong IPO—including listing brokers, domestic and international law firms, and audit institutions—through open competitive negotiations and post-qualification reviews. Public records indicate that Zheneng Mailing, established in June 2018, is a mixed-ownership enterprise controlled by Zhejiang Energy Group and serves as a pilot unit for mixed-ownership reform under the Zhejiang Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Having commenced operations in marine desulphurisation systems, the company has evolved over six years into a leading global EPC contractor in the marine desulphurisation sector, with an annual delivery capacity exceeding 200 systems. According to data released in November 2024 by Clarksons Research, the world's leading ship market consultancy, Zheneng Mailing ranked first globally in order volume among desulphurisation tower suppliers, underscoring its market position in the global marine environmental protection sector. Notably, in June this year, Zheneng Mailing formalised a partnership with Seaspan, the world's largest independent container shipping company, in Shanghai. This collaboration propelled the company's cumulative desulphurisation tower orders beyond 1,000 units, signifying a further elevation of its influence within the global shipping environmental protection sector.
